How are TBR (radial truck & bus tyres) are being produced?
1. Compounding and mixing all components:  processing of raw materials such as carbon black, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, additives, accelerators, etc. in a compounding machine to produce semi-finished "rubber" products.
2. Tire building: Extrusion, calendering, bead forming, cord truncation, band bundle layer forming.
3. Curing: Put into the tire mold for vulcanization, which already has the appearance of a tire at this time.
4. Final finish: Appearance inspection, uniformity test, dynamic balance test, X-ray inspection

How is Truck tyre delivery & loading?

TBR (radial truck & bus tyre) is large volume business and our factory yearly valume is at 20,000,000 yearly pcs. For regular sizes we always have regular production and keep daily stock. For other sizes, we can deliver within 20 days after deposit received.

Also we have warehouse near Qingdao port. we can make tyre doubling and mix loading service to meet different customers demands.

A tire are produced by more than 200 raw materials among which six parts are essenstial: natural rubber, sythetic rubber, oil, carbon black, metallic elements, textile. Rubber compounds are up to 80% of tyre weight.

Our Rubber are imported from Malaysia & Indonesia and we import sythetic rubber mainly from European & Korean countries. The oil which works as plasticiser in compound & booster chemicals are chosen by our tyre experts from world leading suppliers.
